Inhibited concentrate for weak acid cleaning DESCRIPTION BS211 is used for chemical cleaning of Boilers, Chillers and heat exchangers, also is used to clean and degrease systems in pre-commission period. APPLICATION BS211 diluted with water in proportion 1:3-1:8 cleans ceramic, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal surfaces not resistant to HCl, prevents corrosion and allows cleaning process without any damage to metal structure. Surfactants accelerate the cleaning process, and dispersant prevents precipitation of cleaned deposits (especially where is bad circulation). Cleaning time is from 2 to 24 hours. Working solution has to circulate continually. We can referee about the end of cleaning time from the stabilization of pH value of the process solution, or from the definite headloss in the heat exchanger. REMARK cleaning solution must be neutralized with alkaline solution to pH 6-7 and after that mixed with water and poured out to sewage according to local legislation. Cleaned surfaces must be thoroughly washed with water and passivated. For passivation use BS212 the solution can slightly dim, shake it before use. Cleaning solution BS211 soluble in water, not explosive and not combustible, biodegradable. BS211 preserves its characteristics in closed package at least one year. Store it in closed containers separately from food products. Avoid contact with alkali and oxidizers. BS211 is concentrate acidic product. In accordance with safety practices wear protective glasses, gloves, overalls. In case of contact with eyes or skin wash immediately with plenty of water and obtain medical attention.
